Red Orach, also known as Red Mountain Spinach, is a tasty leafy green quite fun to grow and eat. It's well suited to hot, sunny weather, which means it can be grown in the summer months. It can tolerate some drought but it'll grow healthier and more flavorful if watered consistently. Orach is also resistant to frost so can be grown througout the colder months. Pinch off any flower buds that appear, so the plants bush out into glorious leafy goodness.
